On Wednesday 28 September 2022 we arranged a day out for the team at Brands Hatch to keep up our team building and carry on getting to know each other after a busy summer.

Just a couple of months on from our helicopter flight over London our day out at Brands Hatch involved driving a variety of vehicles around the famous circuit, including a Formula 4 single seater.

We arrived early for breakfast followed by a briefing on each of the driving activities we’d be doing throughout the day. We’d each be driving a Formula 4 race car and a BMW M4 around the Indy Circuit, then heading off to take a rear-wheel-drive Toyota GT86 rally car around the rally stages.

We’d then be getting behind the wheel of a Land Rover defender on tougher terrain, before more racing in a Caterham sports car and, finally, racing each other head-to-head in Pro Karts.

Our exciting team building day was fully catered with a great lunch in the hospitality suite where we caught up on our experiences so far. We then capped off the day with a prize giving session for the best driving and lap times from the team.

I was delighted to see the team continuing to get to know each other and form the bonds that we need to do great work together. Experience days like this are always a pleasure to be a part of and create a fantastic team atmosphere.

The Brands Hatch day rounds off our social team days for 2022. We’re now working on plans for next year and look forward to getting back together to continue creating memories and enjoying the team atmosphere that leads to personal and professional success.
