Claire is a Trainee Fire Engineer undertaking formal industry-recognised training with a career pathway to Chartered Engineer.

She has gained extensive experience working with the team undertaking external wall analysis, fire risk assessments (FRAs), fire strategies and 3D evacuation modelling.

Claire has a background in the property industry - particularly the management of complex blocks of leasehold flats.

During her time in residential property management Claire was responsible for site budgets and overseeing health and fire safety, including management of major works in adherence with The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.
