Fire Risk Assessment
Fire risk assessments identify hazards (the ability to cause harm) and risk to life (likelihood occurring) with a review of existing controls and suitability to manage residual risk. The work includes a physical assessment of active and passive protection measures deployed on the building with a report providing a clear list of recommendations and action register to assist the Responsible Person manage legal duties and reduce risk.
