Blair has a wealth of experience gained from 30+ years in the leisure and hospitality, construction and facilities management sectors. 

He has delivered both hard and soft services within healthcare, education, commercial and the student accommodation market. His most recent experience has involved the scoping and management of large-scale fire remediation projects and the associated risk mitigation measures across a large portfolio of properties.

Blair grew up in Monifieth, Scotland. He enjoys running, cycling and playing golf.
